Entering the house through a grand stone portico, the tiled hall leads you to the main reception rooms, we have refurbished and furnished Woodlands with care and filled it with loved furniture as it was in its early years soon after it was built.

A beautiful staircase from the hall passes a stained glass window to the upper floors where each room has been carefully furnished to mix old fashioned style and modern comfort.

Woodlands is set in mature wooded gardens, including a terrace overlooking the Ribble valley, a couple of small lawns and plenty of parking. There are tables and chairs for everyone, a barbeque and a croquet set for when you don’t want to stray too far.
